Fruit Filled: Stuffed Strawberry Shortcake

2oz 504King Cake
1oz strawberry syrup or puree
1oz strawberry juice
1 oz lemon juice
1oz 504Syrups Praline
Dash of cane bitters

THE STORY
During the height of Carnival season (and 504King Cake season), we made weekly specials based off of the flavors of our favorite king cakes from around the city. The Stuffed Strawberry Shortcake was one of our absolute favorites - so much so that it became a fixture on our limited parade menu!
Our main inspiration for flavors is all things local - a strawberry king cake cocktail checks just about every box when it comes to creating something uniquely New Orleanian. With Mardi Gras over, we're entering one of our other favorite seasons - Louisiana strawberry season! This cocktail is the perfect transitionary drink to carry us straight into festival season.
