THE RECIPE

2oz 504Gold
1oz rosemary citrus syrup
1oz lemon juice
3 dashes paradiso bitters
Ginger beer to taste
Fresh mint

Add rum, syrup, lemon juice, bitters, and fresh mint in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over ice. Top with ginger beer to taste (1-2oz is our preference!), and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
