Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belongingness
Equity, diversity, inclusion, and belongingness are among the most important fundamentals of our culture and our mission here at Happy Raptor Distilling. As a company, we understand that without these core principles, we will never fully achieve our mission of creating beautiful, handcrafted rum inspired by our culture, our community, and the things that bring us joy. HR Support
Happy Raptor partners with Willis HR for our human resources needs. While we work hard to foster an environment of respect and understanding every day, Happy Raptor also does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind. Should you have any complain or concern, you have a few different options for reporting:
Option 1: Report the issue to your immediate supervisor. It is their job to help support and guide you through next steps.
Option 2: Report the issue to leadership (Mark, Meagen, or Peter). We are always here to help and will implement changes immediately when necessary.
Option 3: Report the issue to leadership anonymously. If you prefer, you can fill out the form below. It will be sent directly to Meagen, Mark, and Peter completely anonymously. At that point, Meagen, Mark, and Peter will either address the issue internally with discretion, and/or employ the help of human resources.
Option 4: Report the issue directly to human resources anonymously. If, for any reason at all, you don't feel comfortable reporting an issue to Mark, Meagen, or Peter, we encourage you to go through human resources. They will help leadership navigate the issue objectively and advise us on next steps to implement resolution and change wherever necessary. Report anonymously here.
