Jurassic Jello Shots

THE RECIPE

Half a bottle of 504Silver
​1 gallon of lemonade
7 packets of lemon lime jello
4oz of simple syrup

Pour a half gallon of lemonade into a large container with the 504Silver and simple syrup.
Put the other half gallon of lemonade in the microwave and heat until almost boiling.
Stir in packages of gelatin into the cold liquid. Incorporate well.
While the hot lemonade half-gallon is still very hot,
slowly pour the hot liquid into the cold liquid while stirring constantly.
Continue stirring until everything is dissolved.
Pour into individual 2oz cups.
​Makes 120-ish jello shots.

THE STORY

Jello shots are becoming a bit of a theme-day tradition here at Happy Raptor. Ever since our 504Hibiscus Lemonade jello shots at Mardi Gras 2022, we're a little obsessed. When our Jurassic Park trivia and themed menu rolled around, well...we spared no expense.
